Mum’s Night Out…Update The Virgin Vie party held at Lisa’s on 4th April to help raise funds for the club, was a great night out for the mum’s to get together over skincare and makeup demos and enjoy the odd tipple!

We hope at the next event to see more faces (new and old!) and any further ideas for future nights out/in are always welcome.

Summer Picnic….This year’s summer picnic is booked for Sunday 6th July at Roves Farm, Highworth.  This is the 4th year running that this family event has been organized. Past years have been a great success, giving an opportunity for partners and siblings to join in the fun. You can expect tractor rides, feeding farm animals, indoor play area, bouncy castle and so much more… Bring along a picnic and keep your fingers crossed for good weather!Usborne Books…Please note Usborne Books will be attending our regular session on 7th July to promote their special offers on baby and young children’s books enabling you to save up to 50% on the RRP, so definitely worth coming along if you can. 10% of proceeds will as usual be donated to STORM.

Summer Party…Sondrine from the crèche has kindly offered to host a summer party for us on 21st July. She will provide games, snacks and crafts so it should be a fantastic morning. Thanks to the crèche for all the support and help they give us, including song time!!!

STORM Committee…STORM has a committee who arrange seasonal events like the Christmas party and summer picnic, plus the craft activities, drinks and snacks on Monday’s. We are again in need of more Mum’s (or Dad’s) to join our team as members are moving on as their twins near school age, including our Chair, Sarah. We meet for a couple of hours every 4-6weeks for a chat over a cup of coffee. Please help support STORM and keep us running by joining the committee. STORM is generally self-running, but for us to offer members the benefits of the website, hospital support, craft activities and parties we need some help. Without a committee, STORM will struggle to survive.
